1. Shipping and Transportation Time
1.1 Order Processing and Shipping Time
All EU orders will be prepared and shipped within 5-7 business days after payment confirmation (weekends and EU statutory holidays will be extended).
After shipment, the tracking number and tracking link will be sent to you via email. You can check the real-time shipping status through the carrier's official website or our website.
Special Note: Personalized products (such as engraving) may take 3-5 business days longer to ship. Customer Service will separately inform you of the specific timeframe before placing your order.
1.2 Shipping Time and Coverage
Standard Shipping Time: Shipping time within EU member states is 15-35 calendar days from the date of shipment.
Core member states (Germany, France, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands, etc.): 15-25 calendar days;
Important areas (such as northern Finland, Greek islands, etc.): 25-35 calendar days.
If multiple items are shipped in batches, separate shipping information will be sent, and the shipping time will be calculated based on the shipment date of each batch.
2. Shipping Fees and Taxes
2.1 Shipping fees within the EU are calculated based on the weight and volume of your order, as well as the country of destination. The specific fee will be automatically generated based on your order information and displayed on the "Checkout" page when you place your order.
2.2 Taxes and Surcharges
In accordance with the EU's 2025 cross-border e-commerce regulations, all orders must declare Value Added Tax (VAT) through the Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS) system. Taxes will be calculated and displayed separately at checkout and are the responsibility of the consumer.
Direct mail parcels are subject to an additional EU customs handling fee of €2 per package. This fee is included in the shipping fee and is not incurred separately.
If the value of your order exceeds €150, customs duties may apply. Customs will notify the recipient directly for payment. The specific amount is subject to customs approval.
3. Packaging and Compliance Standards
3.1 Packaging Specifications
All product packaging strictly complies with the EU Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR) and is made of recyclable materials. The empty packaging ratio does not exceed 40%, and there is no excessive packaging.
Paper fillers or compostable air cushions are used inside the packaging to prevent plastic pollution and protect items such as coin purses and passport holders from damage during transportation.
The product type, batch number, and EU responsible party information are marked on the outside of the packaging in compliance with General Product Safety Regulation (EU) 2023/988.
3.2 Compliance Certification
All products are CE certified and affixed with digital labels for traceability of production and compliance information. If the product contains hardware accessories, EPR registration has been completed and recycling fees have been prepaid.
The entire transportation process complies with EU customs declaration regulations, ensuring smooth customs clearance and avoiding delays due to compliance issues.
4. Transportation Responsibility and Exception Handling
4.1 Carriers and Division of Liability
Our partner carriers are all EU-compliant logistics companies with cross-border transport qualifications. Claims for damaged or lost goods during transportation are settled as follows:
Damaged/lost packages before delivery: You can request a full reissue or refund by presenting shipping records and photos. The company assumes full responsibility.
Damage discovered after delivery: You must contact customer service within 24 hours and provide evidence. Upon verification that the damage is due to transportation, we will handle the issue.
4.2 Delays and Force Majeure
The company assumes no liability for shipping delays due to the following circumstances:
Administrative factors such as extended customs clearance processes and policy adjustments;
Force majeure events such as natural disasters, traffic restrictions, and strikes;
Delivery failures due to incorrect recipient addresses or unreachable recipients.
Delivery delays exceeding 35 calendar days may be addressed by contacting customer service for priority reissue or a full refund.
4.3 Package Refusal and Returns
If you refuse a package without a valid reason, the return shipping costs and a €2 customs fee will be deducted from the refund.
If a package is returned due to an unknown address or no one signing for it, you can request a reshipment, but shipping costs will be charged separately.
5. Special Circumstances and Customer Support
5.1 Urgent Order Service
If you require expedited shipping, please contact customer service for expedited service (which reduces shipping time to 7-15 calendar days). Additional charges apply depending on the destination. Please confirm stock availability before placing an order.

This policy is formulated in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), the E-Commerce Directive (2000/31/EC), and relevant regulations on cross-border shipping.
If relevant EU policies are adjusted, this shipping policy will be updated accordingly. Changes will be announced on our website and notified to existing customers via email.
Any compliance disputes arising during shipping can be resolved through the EU Online Dispute Resolution Center.
